Park Afeka – Kiryat Bialik

About the project

Park Afeka is one of the largest and most significant residential projects being developed in the Krayot area. The project is located in Kiryat Bialik, in a green environment adjacent to the Ein Afek Nature Reserve and the Na’aman River, and it combines modern urban planning with a direct connection to nature and open spaces. The project includes 2 residential towers of about 27 floors, 2 boutique buildings of 6 floors each, and a shared parking facility of approximately 13,000 sq.m.

The new district is planned as an advanced residential neighborhood that includes a wide variety of residential buildings, public spaces, educational institutions, commercial areas, and green spaces. The project is designed on a large scale, including thousands of housing units alongside advanced community infrastructure, with an emphasis on high quality of life and excellent transportation accessibility to major traffic routes in northern Israel.

Within the Park Afeka complex, several residential areas are planned, combining residential towers alongside lower-rise boutique buildings. One of the central complexes in the project includes two towers of approximately 27 floors and two boutique buildings of about 6 floors, together creating a modern residential environment with a community-oriented character.

One of the prominent features of Park Afeka is the integration of an advanced urban environment with proximity to green areas and nature reserves. The neighborhood is planned to allow residents convenient access to educational institutions, community services, and open public spaces, alongside fast transportation connections to major employment centers in the north and center of the country.

The overall planning of the project emphasizes the creation of a high-quality, modern, and sustainable living environment, combining meticulous architectural design, expansive public spaces, and advanced infrastructure tailored to the residential needs of the new generation.
