About the Project
The project includes a residential tower in Givatayim featuring many residential floors, shared spaces, and underground levels. The building includes a lobby floor, a gallery floor, and an amenity floor, above which are 55 residential floors with 279 apartments, as well as technical floors and 5 underground parking levels.
High-rise towers require advanced systems planning for load management, service infrastructure, and efficient building operation.
