About the Project
The project includes David Dead Sea Resort & Spa in Ein Bokek, a resort and spa hotel located on the shores of the Dead Sea. The hotel combines guest rooms, suites, pool complexes, a spa, restaurants, and leisure areas, and is designed for tourism and vacation stays in a unique environment on an international scale.
Resort hotels of this type require system planning adapted both to guest rooms and to leisure and wellness facilities. The design must address large public areas, high guest traffic, and a continuous operational environment in a unique climatic region. The hotel area and public spaces are estimated at approximately 18,000 sq m.
A vacation experience based on precise infrastructure
The project emphasizes the direct connection between the quality of engineering design and the hospitality experience in a resort hotel. Well-planned building systems enable comfort, continuous service, and high-quality operation of all the hotel’s functions.
