Ronit Bar Akiva

CEO, Electrical Engineer

With an MBA and a government license in electrical engineering, Ronit has been with the firm since 2007 and specializes in the design of strategic military facilities and electrical systems for aviation-related installations.

David Bar Akiva

VP & Chief Engineer

An electrical engineer with a government license as a licensed electrical engineer and registered with the Engineers’ Association, David’s expertise has always been in providing reliable, flexible, and simple solutions for electrical systems in complex buildings. David has guided hundreds of electrical projects in Israel and abroad, gaining profound knowledge and understanding of planning and execution processes.

Mikhail Libschitz

Deputy CEO

An electrical engineer with a master’s degree, a government license in electrical engineering, and registered with the Engineers’ Association, Mikhail specializes in the design of high-rise buildings, commercial centers, and public buildings. He has 30 years of experience in electrical design for projects in Israel and abroad.

Oz Klimian

Team Leader & Designer

Oz completed a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering at Ariel University and a master’s degree in energy engineering at Afeka Academic College. Since joining the firm, he has managed projects such as Google offices, Shoresh Camp, NISCO Logistics, and various projects for IAI and Elta. Oz has experience in complex projects and control systems.

Shay Eini

Team Leader and Planner

Shai completed a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering at the Holon Institute of Technology. Since joining the firm, he has managed large and complex projects, including electrical systems for the Jerusalem train tunnels, South Symbol, and North Symbol.

Benjamin Zimels

Team Leader and Senior Planner

Beni completed his electrical engineering studies in 1995. Since joining the firm, Beni has managed projects such as Terminal 3 – Airside, the National Library, the new Bezalel campus, the Polygon, and the Red Bynet 4 office tower. Beni is a planner with many years of experience specializing in public buildings.

Nataniel Cooper

Team Leader & Senior Designer

Nataniel completed his electrical engineering studies in 2006. Since joining the firm, he has managed many diverse projects for the Ministry of Defense, the Vitania Tower at Ramat HaChayil, MAX (Leumi Card) offices, and the Carasso Vitania complex in Petah Tikva. Nataniel is a designer with extensive experience, specializing in the design of strategic military facilities.

Yafit Liberman

Team Leader & Senior Designer

Yafit completed her bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering at Ben Gurion University in the Negev in 2005. With extensive experience in designing electrical installations, since joining our office, Yafit has led major and complex projects, including various buildings in the IT Campus Project in Be’er Sheva, three server farms for Compass, and more.
