A. Yoshua, the plumbing division of Lodan MEP, specializes in the design and supervision of advanced plumbing systems tailored to the specific needs of each project. With extensive experience and a deep understanding of client needs, we offer professional and efficient plumbing solutions for a variety of projects – public buildings, hotels, hospitals, towers, urban infrastructure, and more. Our sanitary plumbing department specializes in designing firefighting and sprinkler systems adapted to different building types and varying risk levels. We design wet, dry, and mist systems according to international (NFPA) and Israeli (1596) standards, including hydraulic calculations and approval from the authorities.
Design of water systems for all types of needs: drinking water, treated water (via reverse osmosis and production processes), pressure boosting systems, efficient water heating systems, steam systems, hot and cold water systems, suction systems, and pressure boosting systems.
Design of systems for collecting gravity sewage, pumping systems, sewage treatment and regulation systems, including laboratory wastewater and advanced drainage systems tailored to the project needs.
Design of heat and energy systems that enable energy savings and high performance, particularly in energy-intensive projects such as hotels, hospitals, and industrial plants. The systems are designed to suit the type, size, and needs of the client, with a focus on solutions that help reduce costs and increase energy efficiency.
Design of medical gas systems tailored to hospitals and other healthcare facilities, in accordance with international and Israeli standards (NFPA, 01-G). We collaborate closely with the Ministry of Health and our clients to ensure reliable and efficient gas systems that meet the programmatic and health-related needs of each project. The office includes engineers certified as “Certified Medical Gas Engineers” by the Ministry of Health.

Yoshua Engineers,” Ya’ir has led the company to the forefront of the field. He is a certified expert in medical gases and is recognized for his professionalism, reliability, and the highest level of service.

Holds an M.Sc. degree. Micha has been working at Yoshua Engineers since 2013, initiating, establishing, and managing the Tel Aviv branch. He brings extensive experience in plumbing design for commercial mixed-use projects and leads complex projects.
