About the project
The project includes a hotel in Jerusalem planned as part of a significant hotel development in the city. According to historical sources, this is a large-scale initiative in the Mount Scopus area, intended to combine hospitality, tourism, and conference activities in a city of international importance. It is planned to be built on an area of approximately 20,000 sq m.
A hotel project of this kind requires integration between hospitality areas, public spaces, service systems, and operational infrastructure, while adapting to the topographic and unique urban environment of Jerusalem.
Urban-scale hospitality
The project reflects the need for reliable and precise system design in large hospitality buildings, where the engineering infrastructure is an integral part of the quality of the guest experience and the ability to operate the hotel at a high level over time.
