About the Project

The project is located in the heart of Jerusalem and is part of the renewal process of one of the city’s central and prominent areas. It is a large-scale complex that combines residential, retail, hospitality, offices, and public buildings, creating a modern urban environment in the heart of Jerusalem’s historic fabric. The project was planned for Canada Israel, executing architect: D-BLK, 4 towers of 42 stories, combining approximately 1,000 housing units, hospitality, retail, offices, and assisted living

The project design combines contemporary architectural development with a location of historical and urban significance. The complex is built as a new urban center offering high accessibility, diverse uses, and an advanced planning standard suited to a central and dynamic city.

One of the key features of the project is the integration of residential, retail, employment, and public services within a single complex. The systems planning was required to address a wide range of operational and engineering needs, while ensuring efficient functioning of all parts of the complex and creating a modern, high-quality urban environment.
