About the project
The tower is located in the Azrieli complex in Tel Aviv and constitutes one of the most impressive architectural and engineering projects in Israel. The tower is planned to be the tallest in Israel and integrates a wide range of urban uses.
The building includes spaces for offices, retail, hospitality, and residential use, and is planned with a built area of approximately 135,000 sq m. The integration of the different uses within a single structure creates a new urban center in the developing Azrieli complex.
The project combines several urban uses within a single building and creates a new hub of activity in central Tel Aviv. The systems planning enables efficient operation of all parts of the tower while meeting the complex requirements of high-rise buildings.
